We will hold our club Christmas party on Sunday, December 20, 2009, from 12-5 p.m. at Visani's. Music will be provided by the Jimmy Parrish Trio.

We are asking club members to reserve their place early. There is a limit of 220 Parrot Heads & their guest.

A wonderful meal will be served, and all we ask is a $5 donation (members) to go to our Christmas Charity.

We will be providing families in need a special Christmas through an Adopt A Family program, all families are screened and charity is approved by the United Way.

We will also accept Toy Donations for Toys for Tots

For those traveling to our area for the BIG Christmas Weekend...our host hotel will have a van! Complimentary ride to the parties that weekend for all hotel guests! This includes Nav-A-Gator on the 19t) and CHPHC Christmas Party on the 20th. They may add transportation to other events on Sat. & Sun. night, if there's enough interest.

For all of our members that will be out of town due to the Holiday, we will MISS YOU! So much we're planning a special event on Tuesday December 1st. Save the Date!

The Charlotte Harbor Parrot Head Club believe in giving something back to our members who are so giving of themselves. The Board of Directors sponsors a Christmas Party the first weekend in December for our members. Since we also believe that you can help and have a good time while doing it, we ask our members to donate something, which goes to a worthy cause.

Last year the CHPHC Annual Christmas Party's theme was "Holidaze." It represents a celebration of the holidays in here in Southwest Florida and the club's "give-back" to our members. This past year we asked for a $5.00 donation to give to two charities, The American Red Cross & Englewood (FL) Helping Hand, Inc., in addition to our annual "Toys for Tots" campaign. Combined with monies from raffles and auctions, we were able to donate nearly $2,300.00 to four different organizations.
